John Aris resides in Fayetteville, NY. He is a project manager in the commercial construction industry, and coaches Stotan Racing full time.
John believes that the path to running success is found by simplifying the life of the athlete, a long term approach to physical improvement, a competitive and synnergystic team training environment, and the realization and development of mental talent.
